Full time | London (Hybrid)
Clubb is building an all-in-one platform that helps creators launch, grow and run paid subscription platforms - from content and video to AI-powered experiences - all in their own brand. We’ve tripled revenue in the last few months and are stepping into our next phase of growth with a product creators love.
Having launched just a year ago, we’re now serving creators with a combined audience of over 50 million, have helped many of them build life-changing businesses, and work with leading creators like Tyler Butt, Alex Hughes and Amina Taha.
The first wave of the creator economy was built on one-size-fits-all platforms that helped creators get started. Clubb is built for the next wave: giving creators the building blocks of the best products in their verticals, so they can create market-leading products, in their own brand, without needing a team or piecing together software.
Bootstrapped from the start, we’re a fast-growing, profitable startup that hasn’t raised a single dollar.
It’s early days. If you want to work hard, learn lots and have a big impact during a company’s formative period, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re hiring our first non-founder at Clubb. The role below describes your primary responsibilities, but you’ll be exposed to all sides of an early stage startup and work very closely with the founders.
This role exists to help us land the creators that really move the needle. You’ll spend most of your time identifying, reaching out to, pitching to and building relationships with high-quality creators - particularly larger ones - and helping move those conversations forward to get them to launch with Clubb.
It’ll also involve being proactive and creative about how you reach people - whether that’s warm intros, events, or occasionally just showing up in person when it makes sense.
Alongside this, you’ll handle inbound interest, support creators through early onboarding, and help wherever else it’s most useful.
